A bug in Actionstep's new UI caused the Practice Management navigation bar to disappear for some users, leaving them unable to access key navigation. The issue lasted approximately 32 minutes, with an initial workaround of disabling the new UI proving ineffective for all affected users. The Product Team identified the root cause and deployed a fix, fully resolving the incident.

The workaround posted previously, disabling the new UI, does not resolve the issue for all affected users. Our team is actively working on a fix. We'll post again as soon as we have one, or with a new workaround in the meantime.
Some users are seeing their Practice Management navigation bar disappear when the new User Interface (UI) is enabled. Our team is currently investigating.
Workaround: Disabling the new UI resolves this in the meantime. To turn it off, have an administrator follow these steps in your Actionstep system:
1. Admin
2. General Settings
3. Feature Preview
4. Global Header Redesign > toggle to OFF
5. Save
We'll post an update here once a fix is in place.
