We are currently investigating an issue where the Affinity Notetaker is not joining scheduled meetings, even when the "Automatically join all meetings" option is enabled. As a workaround, users are advised to manually turn the Notetaker ON for specific meetings. We will provide further updates within the hour.

We are continuing to process backlogged jobs. Affected customers are advised to manually turn the Notetaker ON for specific meetings, using the meetings panel in affinity web app.

Our team has identified the issue, and a fix for new meetings has been rolled out. All the new meetings created will have Affinity NoteTaker scheduled if the "Automatically join" option is enabled.

We continue to work through the backlog of scheduled NoteTakers. Affected customers are still advised to manually turn the Notetaker ON for specific meetings, using the meetings panel in affinity web app.
