We are seeing an issue with Facebook Reels failing to publish with the error "Client 'facebook-rupload': Forbidden". This is an issue on Meta's side that has also been raised here: https://developers.facebook.com/community/threads/847406384399939/ We are in touch with Meta directly to get this problem investigated.
