We have identified an issue where a subset of customers in the Americas region are experiencing increased latency and elevated error rates when using the PIM UI and API.
The issue began around 1:00 PM CET and is currently affecting approximately 2.5% of customers in the Americas, with errors occurring on about 2% of requests.
