Outage in Akeneo
Delayed processing of imports and exports in the US region
Resolved MinorIncident Report
Summary AI Generated
Akeneo experienced a 6.8-hour incident on October 12, 2026, where product import and export jobs in the US region were delayed or stuck in queue, affecting Serenity, Growth Edition, and the GraphQL API. Catalog data remained intact throughout, and the broader PIM UI and API continued to function normally. A fix was applied, the backlog was fully processed, and all jobs returned to normal operation by 12:37 PM CEST.
We are aware that product import and export jobs in the US region are taking longer than usual to start and complete.
Some jobs may remain queued for now. No data is lost, and your existing catalog data is not affected.
The rest of the PIM, including the UI and the API, is working normally.
Our team has identified the cause and is working on restoring normal processing. We will post another update as soon as we have more information.
