Dear Customer, At 00:44 Beijing time on August 13, 2025, Alibaba Cloud Monitoring detected an abnormality in network access to Alibaba Cloud services from China (Beijing) via Beijing Mobile. The incident has been confirmed by Alibaba Cloud engineers to be related to an anomaly in the ISP network, and Alibaba Cloud has reported the fault to the ISP for handling.
