At 05:38, following power restoration in the data center, network equipment has been prioritized for recovery and is now operational. Affected cloud services are currently undergoing phased restoration.

At 03:56 (UTC+8) on April 22, 2026, the data center cooling system has been progressively restored to operation, and ambient temperatures are returning to normal levels. Alibaba Cloud engineers will maintain continuous monitoring of equipment status and proceed with subsequent recovery activities.

22:25 Alibaba Cloud engineers have executed shutdown protection operations on the affected cloud products in accordance with the emergency response plan.
