Summary AI Generated
Articulate experienced intermittent failures with AI image generation and editing features in Rise 360 and Storyline 360, which also prevented Course Draft generation in Rise 360 from working properly. The issue lasted 50.4 hours, during which users could sometimes successfully generate images by retrying requests multiple times. The incident was fully resolved after the team restored normal processing for all affected AI features.
We’re investigating an issue that prevents image generation and image editing from loading in Rise 360 and Storyline 360. Course Draft generation in Rise 360 is also affected.
We’re working to identify the cause and will share an update as soon as we know more. We’re sorry for the trouble.
