Assembled's reporting services experienced degraded functionality and performance following database maintenance, affecting Real-time overview, adherence metrics, Team Performance, Agent Scorecard, and other reporting components with increased error rates, query latency, and incomplete or stale data displays. The incident lasted 87 hours while the team implemented fixes and ran scheduled restoration jobs to recover full data visibility. All systems were fully restored with data displaying correctly across all reporting pages, with no data loss outside the original maintenance window.
