Cloud Archiving Service - (US and UK) Importing and intermittent connectivity issues

We have resolved this issue and are seeing no further problems. Thank you for your support while we worked to fix this issue.

We are seeing that import services have returned to normal operation in the US and UK regions. We will continue to monitor the service and provide updates as necessary.

We have confirmed that this issue was impacting customers in the US and UK only. We have implemented a fix and are still watching the situation closely. Some customers may still be experiencing slow or stalled imports. Web UI slowness may have resolved. We'll continue to update you as we have more information to provide.

We have been looking into some intermittent connectivity issues which may be resulting in slowness of the UI as well importing for some customers. We are working on identifying the issue. As we know more, we will provide additional updates.
