The issue has now been resolved. Profile updates and custom events are processed without delays.
A fix has been implemented and the delays are currently decreasing. We're still monitoring the situation.
We are aware of an issue which is causing some delays in processing profile updates and custom events received from the SDK. Automations triggered by an SDK event may also experience a delay.
We have identified the issue and are working on a fix.
