Bazaarvoice has identified a text encoding issue with some of the content submitted since 2025-03-07. Some of the texts within the content are replaced by 'I&, #39; and other similar text encoding'. We have confirmed that this issue affects both client-generated and consumer-generated content (Ratings and Reviews and Questions and Answers). A root cause is yet to be determined but we are actively investigating the issue. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
