Users may receive the following error when attempting to log in through Google Chrome: "Your organization doesn't allow you to view this site".
Two workarounds are available:
Option 1: Google Workspace admins may create an exception for the URL "https://sts.sky.blackbaud.com" under Devices > Chrome > Settings > User & browser settings > Content > URL blocking.
Option 2: Please reference our allow list exception settings KB for updated exceptions to add under the sts.sky.blackbaud.com section.

Restarting Chrome after adding one of the exceptions above has resolved the problem for many users.
Our engineers continue to investigate the issue with support from Google. Please continue to reference this page for updates.
