DonorSearch has implemented an update that has resolved the issue customers were experiencing with Prospect Generator. If you continue to encounter problems accessing features within the Prospect Generator, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team at support@bloomerang.com.

A solution has been implemented that has resolved the problem for the majority of our customers. However, we are aware that a small number of customers are still experiencing difficulties accessing this feature.
