Bonusly experienced intermittent failures in their rewards fulfillment system for gift cards due to a high error rate from one of their fulfillment vendors. The issue lasted 1.4 hours and affected users' ability to redeem rewards through the platform. The problem was resolved by working with the vendor to fix the underlying issue and successfully retrying all failed redemptions.
