Our team is investigating an issue with File Request feature. Users could not view / edit any file request setting, not create a new file request link, and maybe could not view file request view. We will provide additional information as it becomes available.

After further monitoring, this incident is now considered resolved. The File-Request Service has been restored to full functionality. If you continue to experience any issues, please contact Box Support at https://support.box.com.
