Errors and latency for links clicked in emails sent through SendGrid

Sendgrid has confirmed this incident is resolved, and Braze has not identified further error responses or increased latency.

SendGrid has indicated that this issue appears to be resolved following troubleshooting actions taken by their infrastructure and networking teams.

From the Braze side, we can confirm latency, and timeout rates, are decreasing, but are waiting for signoff from SendGrid, before considering this resolved.

Braze is investigating an increase in error responses and latency for links clicked in emails sent through SendGrid, one of our email service providers. Customers who send email through other providers are not affected.

Braze has escalated the issue to SendGrid, who has confirmed that they are observing increased latency and are investigating the issue.

We are actively working with SendGrid to resolve this issue.
