We've recently received reports that Shopify orders are downloading into Brightpearl unallocated when there is on hand inventory available. We are currently investigating the root cause and will provide any further information as soon as it's available.

We saw inventory allocations being delayed about an hour later than originally expected.

These delays have now reduced significantly and orders are now allocating as expected
