The Amazon order incident has now been resolved.
Thank you for your patience throughout the investigation.
We have implemented a fix that should now allow Amazon orders to pass across into Brightpearl successfully.
We will continue to monitor to situation till all accounts appear to have their applicable orders available in Brightpearl.
We are continuing to work on the fix for this Amazon issue. We will update here with more information as progress is made. Some orders are downloading from Amazon into Brightpearl, while some are being missed.
Some clients are reporting that Amazon orders are not downloading into Brightpearl at this time. Those affected appear to be all FBM orders. We are actively working to investigate and solve this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and will update here with more information.
