Please be advised that TeamSite 8.0 (used for MemberDirect and F2 Online Banking Content updates) was unavailable between 1:30-45pm PT (4:30-45pm ET) Incident has been resolved and there was no impact to production. TeamSite users may need to navigate to their home folder when accessing TeamSite again. This can be done by selecting default -> main -> creditUnions -> province -> ClientName -> WORKAREA -> preview. In resolving the incident, the non-production environments are being rebooted including preview environment. We will provide an update by or before 3 p.m. PT / 6 p.m. ET.
