Central 1 is aware that OIDC/OAuth Login has experienced a service degradation. Members may have encountered a "An expected error has occurred. Please try again later" error between 1:30am - 10:01am PT (4:30am - 1:01pm ET).
Please note that biometric login is unaffected on mobile app. Services have remained stable and we are conducting a root cause analysis which will be shared in our postmortem.

Our technical teams are actively investigating a OIDC/oAuth Service degradation that started approximately at 1:30 am PT (4:30 am ET) on June 18. Users may get an "An expected error has occurred. Please try again later" during login. This error is appearing on both mobile apps and Online Banking full sites. Members who try again may be able to login. Biometric login is unaffected.
