Outage Details

Central 1 is providing an update regarding recent incidents that have resulted in incomplete or missing AFT reports, as well as a missing USD AFT settlement. Summary of Issues and Resolutions: • Incomplete July 21 ICPS Report: As shared on July 22, the ICPS report for July 21 was incomplete. A rerun attempt on July 22 was partially successful but did not fully resolve the issue. Today, a complete version of the July 21 ICPS report has been recreated and will be included with tomorrow’s delivery. It will have a separate July 21 date in the header to clearly differentiate it from the standard reporting for July 25. • Missing July 21 and 22 UCPS Reports: The UCPS reports for July 21 and 22 were not generated or delivered on their expected dates. These have now been regenerated and will be delivered with tomorrow’s UCPS reporting. They will be labeled with the respective July 21 and 22 dates to distinguish them from the regular July 25 reporting. • Missing USD AFT (AS) Settlement for July 18: Some clients did not receive their July 18 USD AFT settlement to their Central 1 account. This issue has now been resolved, and the settlement has been posted today with an effective date of July 18. We are actively monitoring all affected items to ensure delivery occurs as outlined. An update will be provided tomorrow, July 25, by 8 am PT (11 am ET). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these incidents may have caused.
