INC209318: Interac 3.5 service disruption

The incident has been resolved. Sending and receiving transactions using Interac e-Transfers version 3.5 have returned to normal service.

All teams remain actively engaged in resolving the incident. Please note further clarification that incoming autodeposits on both versions are functioning normally and are not impacted. An update will be provided by or before 65:30 a.m. PT (9:30 a.m. ET).

Interac and Central 1 remain actively engaged in investigating this issue. A further update will be provided by or before 5:30 a.m. PT (8:30 a.m. ET).

Interac is currently experiencing a service disruption affecting e-Transfers version 3.5 using ISO 20022. This issue impacts send and receive transactions involving security questions and answers. Autodeposits incoming on all versions and version 3.4 remain unaffected. Interac is actively investigating the situation and will provide an update by or before 4:30 a.m. PT (7:30 a.m. ET).
