Please be advised that customers are currently unable to use the search to look up Financial Institutions on Interac's e-Transfer gateway page when attempting to deposit or request money. Customers are still able to complete transactions by selecting their Financial Institution from the dropdown options available on the page. Interac support has been engaged and are working on a fix. Interac technical teams have implemented a change and resolved the issue.

Clients are now able to manually search the names of other FIs on Interac’s e-Transfer gateway/landing page
