Twilio - Error Rate and Latency for Conversations API and Programmable Chat in IE1

All services impacted by an issue with Conversations and Programmable Chat API-s and SDK-s in the IE1 region have recovered and are operating as intended. This incident has been resolved.

All services have recovered except for Accounts API; specifically, accounts created via Accounts API since approximately 2:10 AM PT on 7th December 2023 are unavailable in IE1 region. Twilio teams are working to restore normal functionality.

We will provide another update in 4 hours or as soon as more information is available.

Customers may experience an increased error rate and latency for Conversations and Programmable Chat APIs and SDKs in the IE1 region. Twilio's engineers are actively investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.
