The Cisco XDR service has returned to a normal state. Root cause is confirmed to be the aforementioned optimization implementation. This optimization is now implemented without any negative impact and data ingestion and processing are functioning as expected as of 27 June 2024.
This issue did cause some failed data collection and processing. Cisco continues to review the impact of this and any opportunities to remediate.
Cisco XDR is experiencing a degradation of service causing delayed data ingest and data processing.
This issue began on 25 June 2024 at 12:45 PM ET and is due to a scheduled optimization implementation.
This change was reverted on 26 June 2024 at 11:45 AM ET and is expected to resolve this issue.
