Users in EMEA and APJC cannot currently log in to their XDR Analytics portals. We are actively working on resolving the root cause of this problem.
The endpoint modeling engine and all the backend services are not affected: data are ingested, detections (observations, alerts, attack chains) are generated and made available to XDR.

The ability to login to EU and APJC - based Secure Cloud Analytics tenants has been restored. Cisco does not expect any additional impact or interruption in service. Cisco will implement measures to ensure the issue is fully resolved.
