Group emails stuck in pending and unable to download groups

A processing and queueing issue affecting appointment availability, calendar sync, group email and text messages, note generation, and reports and exports has been resolved. A fix has been deployed and verified, and all items queued during the disruption have been re-processed. Delayed notifications may have arrived in a batch as the backlog cleared.
