Cloudinary's Digital Asset Management (DAM) experienced a major issue where recently added, deleted, or modified assets did not appear up to date in the DAM view, though asset actions were still being applied and the API continued functioning normally. The incident lasted 17.1 hours, beginning at approximately 1:17 PM UTC on June 7, 2026. The issue was identified and fixed, with full service restoration confirmed by June 8, 2026.
