March 2026: [Global] Email delivery issues
CodeTwo experienced email delivery issues for 2.9 hours when some emails processed for signature application were rejected with bounce-back errors due to an Azure DNS outage that made CodeTwo's mail processing servers temporarily unreachable. The incident affected mail flow components, with some emails still delivering successfully either by avoiding the DNS issue or being queued by Exchange Online until DNS was restored. Microsoft confirmed the root cause originated from Exchange Online infrastructure issues, and CodeTwo's systems operated normally throughout the incident, with bounced emails requiring manual resending by original senders.
