2 months agoCoursework completed with an official tick mark is now lost. Hours of work have vanished. How there are "no outages" when I'm logged in and staring at a warning message saying the website is down? I just want my lost progress restored and the status as to when the website will be 100% function...

2 months agoI was going to take a quiz in one of the courses, and suddenly it stopped responding. Then within a minute, all my completed modules that were marked with a completed tick mark were gone, and now it is showing I haven't done any module.

2 months agoThis happens every now and then where nothing will load, but it doesn't typically last that long. Course progress will update and everything will be back to normal soon.

2 months agoCourses not updating completed tasks and progress lost on all work done today! Will be asking for a refund if I can get through to customer service, got down to 15 in the queue to speak to a human and then got bumped back to 360. Not good service.
