We’re pleased to confirm that the issue affecting CZK, RON, and HUF payments has been resolved. A fix was implemented on 6 May, which restored the service to expected performance levels.
All impacted payments originally value dated 5 and 6 May have been successfully resubmitted with a revised value date of 7 May.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve the issue.

Investigation has identified due to an error within the companion files a number of CZK, RON & HUF payment files value dated 5th and 6th May have been delayed.
As of 12:30 the underlying issue has been corrected, remediation on those impacted payments continue, with further update to follow.
