Our provider for SMS messaging is currently experiencing partial service degradation delivering to T-Mobile devices. As a result, our customers may be experiencing SMS delivery delays or failure to T-Mobile devices. Our teams are monitoring the situation and escalating with our partner to resolve the degradation. We will continue to provide more updates when the issue is fully resolved.
