A fix has been implemented by a third-party and we are monitoring closely to ensure the issue is resolved.
 
Impact: The issue has been mitigated. Users are experiencing normal performance with transactions. Impacted Merchants are beginning to see improvements with all card types. This was caused by a Discover issue that also impacted other card types likely due to connection issues.
