Visa is aware of a disruption to the JCN Gateway Processing service. We are working with the processor to urgently mitigate the impact. The issue affecting the JCN Gateway transaction processing has now been fully resolved. Cybersource is conducting an internal review of the events to mitigate future occurrences.

Impact: Customers are now able to use the JCN Gateway transaction processing as normal. Merchants may see timeouts and ESYSTEM errors for authorizations during the incident period
