Cybersource is aware of an issue that is currently affecting Payments 2.0 on the Global Payments Network gateway (gpngsapv3). A small subset of transactions may have been applied to a card other than the card used for the original transaction. We are investigating the cause and working urgently to resolve the issue. Impact: Merchants may observe a small subset of transactions applied to a different card. The issue affecting a small subset of transactions that may have been applied to a card other than the card used for the original transaction on the Global Payments Network gateway (gpngsapv3) has been mitigated. Cybersource is conducting an internal review of the events to prevent future occurrences.

Impact: Merchants may have observed a small subset of refunded transactions applied to a different card, which has been mitigated. We will work with the affected merchants to correct any outstanding transactions.
