Cybersource continues to work urgently to resolve the issue that is currently affecting email One Time Passcode (OTP) in our Sandbox/Testing Environment.
We advise merchants to whitelist the new sender address "donotreply@test.cybersource.com" as a temporary workaround.
Impact: Merchants are unable to receive email OTP to access Business Center in Customer Acceptance System (CAS).

Cybersource is aware of an issue that is currently affecting email One Time Passcode (OTP) in our Sandbox/Testing Environment.
Initial investigation revealed that the issue could be related to a new subdomain "donotreply@test.cybersource.com" applied. We advise merchants to whitelist the new sender address "donotreply@test.cybersource.com" as a temporary workaround while we are work urgently to resolve the issue.
