Cybersource is aware of an issue that is currently affecting Visa Platform Connect (VPC). We are investigating the cause and working urgently to resolve the issue. Impact: Merchants may encounter "Issuer inoperative or some other system problem" intermittently in Mastercard Credit Auth Transactions through VPC processor.
