Impact: Users may experience payment processing error messages. The issue affecting TSYS Acquiring Solutions payment gateway processing has now been fully resolved. Cybersource is conducting an internal review of the events to mitigate future occurrences.

The issue impacting the Payment Gateway Processor has been mitigated and was isolated to a single processor. We’re continuing to investigate the cause details and have reached out to the processor for additional details. Monitoring remains in place to ensure the issue is fully resolved.

Impact: The issue has been mitigated and customers are now able to use Payment services as normal. During time of impact certain merchants may have received an error message when attempting to process transactions.
