Developer Center - New Sandbox Account Sign Up - Service Disruption

Cybersource is aware of an issue that is currently affecting developer center in our Sandbox/Testing Environment.

We continue investigating the cause and working urgently to resolve the issue. As a workaround, merchants may create test merchants within "Portfolio Management" in the Cybersource Business Center if needed.

Impact: Merchants cannot create sandbox accounts and may delay testing & Go live.
