The outage impacted merchants' ability to test integrations and potentially delayed go-live timelines. The issue was fully resolved on April 6th, though some customers needed to restart their account creation process due to expired email links.

The issue affecting the developer center in our Sandbox/Testing Environment has now been fully resolved. Cybersource is conducting an internal review of the events to mitigate future occurrences.
