Cybersource experienced a disruption in their Tokenization (TMS) services starting at 11:29 GMT on April 17, 2026, causing merchants using TMS Network Tokenization to encounter card provisioning failures for Mastercard transactions with SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE errors. The issue was mitigated by 23:30 GMT the same day and fully resolved by April 29, 2026, allowing customers to resume normal use of tokenization services.
