DataRobot Account Service was offline between 19:21 UTC to 20:13 UTC. This caused issues with sign-up and/or login for Services such as DataRobot University, DataRobot Community, and all DataRobot Managed Clouds. Engineering has investigated the issue and contained the underlying cause. DataRobot Account Service has returned to normal operations.
