Engineering has implemented a fix and has verified its efficacy. We are moving it to a state of Monitoring for the next four hours, after which we will call this Contained with no further issues.

Engineering has identified an infrastructure issue with one of our providers and is putting a fix in place. We are moving to a state of Monitoring for the next 4 hours; if that period of time shows no further issues, we will move this Incident to Contained.
