We have identified an issue where emails are not being sent out successfully within our hybrid flow functionality. We are currently investigating the cause of the problem. The identified issue entails sending emails from Datatrics. Other used functionality is working and operational.

After analyzing the issue, we identified that our email service provider encountered an issue, causing an impact on our services. They have resolved the issue, and our emails should work perfectly again.
