We are currently aware of a Problem that is causing Datto Windows Agent Services to become hung and stop causing subsequent backup failures. To mitigate this issue and bring the agent back into a working state please restart the stopped agent services by following this guide: https://help.datto.com/s/article/KB115005698603 If the problem persists after following this guide please create a ticket with our Support team or contact them at 833-863-2237. You can monitor the current status of this issue at https://status.datto.com/
