Datto BCDR - Off-Site Sync - Assets with custom sync schedules may not replicate their backups offsite

This incident has been resolved.

The fix for this issue has been included in the recent OS update. If your device has not updated you may have a banner in the device web interface to initiate the update.

If you are experiencing issues completing the update please engage our support team for assistance.

The fix for this problem will be included in the next major OS release scheduled for the end of November.

We have identified the root-cause preventing assets with custom sync schedules from replicating their backups offsite. We are continuing to investigate potential fixes.

We are currently investigating an issue where assets configured with a custom offsite sync schedule may not replicate their backups offsite. This does not appear to be affecting all assets using a custom sync schedule.
