Kaseya Quote Manager - Errors When Attempting to Access Platform

This incident has been resolved.

We have implemented networking configuration changes and have performed failovers to alternate networking paths to provide relief. Monitoring telemetry shows improvement in service availability from approximately 14:10 UTC onwards, and we are continuing to monitor to ensure full recovery.

We can confirm this behavior is due to a global issue with Microsoft Azure services, as confirmed by the Microsoft Azure Team (azure.status.microsoft/en-us/status).

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

We are aware of the error messages occurring when partners are attempting to access the Kaseya Quote Manager platform. Our Engineering teams are investigating the cause of this issue.
