This incident has been resolved.
We are continuing to monitor for any further issues.
We have implemented a fix and devices should be returning to their online states as normal.
The issue has been identified, and we will be placing the Platform in Maintenance Mode while the fix is being implemented.
We are aware of a problem where devices may falsely show as offline in Datto RMM on the Vidal Platform.
The Kaseya R&D Team are investigating this issue.
