This incident has been resolved.
Kaseya's development team has been made aware of a current limitation with potentially adding card methods to the portal at this time and we actively investigating this with the provider.
We have confirmed this is not due to any changes to the product from our team.
At this time, transactions for already saved methods should not be impacted. Payment methods can be added to gateways directly depending on current configurations.
