Datto SaaS Protection customers hosted on node 'use1-bfyii-2378' experienced service disruption and were unable to access their accounts, receiving errors when attempting to connect. The Kaseya R&D Team investigated the issue and implemented a fix after approximately 4.3 hours. The incident was resolved and service was restored to normal operation.
